I came back and revisited my system after several months of being away and my shunt and VE Bus Smart Dongle requested a firmware update. I did the shunt with no problems. The smart dongle would not update and now cannot connect with Bluetooth. Lights on the dongle are flashing rapidly and alternatively red and green. Manual says it’s doing firmware but it won’t get out of this mode and did all the troubleshooting I can think of. Deleting the device from the Android phone, Power cycling the dongle. Disconnecting it from the Multiplus, Deleting Victron Connect . It’s now a dumb dongle. Does anyone know how to force it out of this mode to start fresh with a bluetooth connection and restart the firmware update?
