VICTRON 12V 100/30 Stuck in update mode

Hi peeps.
I have just installed an 100 30 mppt solar controller and have a VE smart bluetooth dongle in the VE port.
During a mppt software update the was anpower glitch and now the controller is flashing orange/green led’s and i cant get the VE dongle to power up to complete the update!

The dongle updated ok then the controller started updating… no nothing will progress.
I have tried the sequenced power down then power up reset but to no avail. As when I power the controller back up in reverts to orange green flashing again.

Can anyone please help. :pray:

Hi,

It is not completely clear to me what the current status is. Is the blue led of the dongle blinking and are you able to connect? Or are the leds of the dongle alternating?
