A few hours ago I try again to update my cerbo GX system to the newer firmware 3.62, but it dosn´t work with the 123electric BMS. The connection was lost agein and i install the working version 3.55. Is it impossible to update the Cerbo GX in the future?

I don´t think so, but it´s a few months ago. I have used a guide from following link: 123\SmartBMS Victron integration Archives - 123electric It works with the older versions quite well.

It self install according to this page.
The software is now being installed. The installation of the software can take up to 5 minutes. You will see the 123\SmartBMS Manager appear. This Manager keeps track of all 123\SmartBMS connected.
You could try the re install again just in case it just wiped it out. If that doesn’t work you will have to roll back.
Usually with third party it is up to the manufacturer to keep up with the GX changes.
It would be best not to update untill they catch up. You will have to communicate directly with them on it.

I get the following answer to solve the problem. In the remote console i don´t found the Point
“package Manager”. May it that the Menuepoint doesn´t exist in Version 3.55? I use the access
level user+installer.
First of all before updating to a new Victron Venus version, always update the 123\SmartBMS Venus and Setup Helper package.
If you accidentally updated, revert back to an older VenusOS version.
For updating the packages, you need to follow these instructions:
- In the Victron classic console, go to Settings->Package Manager->Active packages
- For both the 123\SmartBMS Venus and Setup Helper, update the package. If you see there is a new version, tap on download. After it is downloaded, tap on install.
After updating, you can update the VenusOS.

Chat GPT tells me, that I have to use the large version of the firmware on cerbo gx. Only with that software the package manager is available to update the special bms driver.

I had/have the same problem, have two installations with almost the same setup with Victron Cerbo GX and 123SmartBMS connected.
With one of the installations the batteries and the BMS integration didn’t work on 3.62 so I went back from 3.62 to 3.55, upgraded the package manager and the firmware from 1.13 to 1.14 and then upgraded to the latest version 3.62 (and now on 3.63) and it works fine, package manager shows up in the classic user interface (not in the new UI)
On the other system it works with the latest version but package manager is not visible, still troubleshooting…
I also update in the package manager to version 1.14 and then upgrade to version 3.63 but ist also don`t works. I have to go back to 3.55.
