Hallo, I have just tested the New Cerbo GX on my system, (I had one installed for one of my customers and it was replaced with this one. However I left the normal Cerbo with the client as his system was working fine…) So after configuring ports VE Can 1 As my VE Bus for Smart Charger and VE Bus 2 as the CAN bus for Freedom Battery.
I had BMS lost alarms, as well as the charger lost connection consistently. The firmware was the latest release. I have then installed the Beta, but still the same issues. I have now replaced the unit with my old unit and all is running fine again.
