Can a hybrid solar inverter be used on the AC-OUT-1 side of the Multiplus-II inverter to both charge the batteries directly as well as to be used by the AC loads.
I’ve seen setups that use two separate devices (MPPT charge controller and PV inverter) to do this so I’m wondering if it can be done with a single hybrid solar inverter.
In theory, yes. In practice this can go wrong in so many ways, i would advise against it.
See the requirements for AC coupling.
The solar Inverter must bei steerable by frequenz Shifting
Same battery could make some problems, because two BMS slaves.
Is the Dyne a second ESS System?
There is a page on Deye’s manual that shows settings to regulate the output power of the inverter
according to the frequency of grid.
There was an error in my initial response. Frequency shifting is only important in the event of a power failure.
Please look up factor 1 rule and AC coupling.
What exactly is your goal with this combination?
Only one inverter should be connected to the battery.
Many Chinese PV inverters can also operate without a battery.
Isn ´t possible to use the Deye as ESS System?
