hello bodacious power nerds. tried to upload new settings via VEConfig over VRM on remote site in Bass Strait AUS. now having spaz not letting me see remote console. Error 1392 since i tried to upload a new config file. customer has not had power interuption so assuming its comms issue. thank you all in advance. yiew.

Sometime the installation logging makes it busy for a while after an update.
If it hasn’t after about 25 minutes then reboot the gx from the devices list.
