Sorry i messed up. Using a Multiplus II with lithium batteries, 2 mppt controllers, Cerbo. Read what i was suppossed to do, didnt understand it, looked for u tube help, couldnt find it, then was directed here by a friend. Batteries wont charge except from solar. I read similar posts to mine but i dont understand. Bought RV last year with all this solar, rv industry as i have found out doesnt provide much support on solar. Any help is appreciated to get me back to a working system.
What do you have? MK3-USB cable? Can you use the VRM portal? How did you do the firmware update?
I have an inverter, cerbo, 2 mppt controllers, tablet to see cerbo, shunt. I have access to VRM portal, i updated via the portal. Im sorry i dont know what mk3-usb cable is related to
Do you have access to a windows PC?
I can, yes
You can download the remote ve config file here in the device list of the VRM portal and put your settings in using ve config. When you updated the firmware all the settings in there are reset to default.
Can you upload it to a the post and I can have a look. To edit you need ve config.

I have config3 i believe, but i dont know which file or what im doing
Ok, having a look at it now. This is what you have in the file did you download this from the multi?
How many Ah amp hours it the battery? Is 120V 60hz correct?
I made these changes to the file, the orange text. I think the problem was the battery charger was in storage mode and not lithium.

Thanks to @owenb79 for sorting you out. This is the second case of this in 3 days, I did the same and corrected the settings for that user.
I am adding to the post in case anyone finds this before updating the firmware via VRM.
Read the instructions at.

You need VE Configure running on Windows. During the update via VRM the settings are downloaded automatically. The downloaded file
Then needs to be opened in VE Configure, converted, checked and reuploaded.
Extract from the manual.
After the firmware update is completed, the inverter is switched on again. The settings will have been reset to their defaults. And, to prevent overcharging, all charge voltages have been set to the nominal battery voltage, being 12V, 24V or 48V. This effectively disables the charger.
Ty Owen. Yes my inverter was in storage mode. I have 2 Dragonfly Lithium batteries, 540 AH total. Not sure about the 120V 60 Hz, where would i find that? In future, which file in the VE configure3 library do i download? I didnt see a config3 file
Enable battery monitor you have total Ah at 200, mine has 540 ah, can that get changed? I uploaded your work, and system is now working. Many thank you!

This file has 540Ah capacity. The 120V 60hz is the AC settings that is what you are using I hope. If its working then it must be ok.
THANK YOU very much!
