I purchased a Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-Volt 18 amp dc-dc charger used from a friend. I installed it following the directions. It’s a 12V system. Both grounds are connected together and common to the battery and alternator ground. I measure 12.8 V on both the input and output terminals. The neither the power on or Bluetooth indicators light up. The remote jumper is in place. Is there any type of reset procedure I can use ? Or is it dead ?

Yes I did find that page and went through it. I’m guessing it’s bad. My next step is to remove it from the RV for a closer inspection. Maybe try a bench test, I have two 12 V bench supplies. I don’t know how long the warranty is, I’m not the original purchaser so may not apply anyways. I was just hoping there was a reset of some kind.

Good news! Most/all of Victron’s products come with a five-year warranty, which can be upgraded to ten years.
