I have the Cerbo GX and the GX 70. After two years, the touchscreen stopped responding to touch. I can successfully access everything using the app so I know the cerbo is working properly. I unplugged the HDMI cable and plugged it back in and the screen came on, but after it went black it still didn’t respond to touch. Recommendations on next steps? Thanks!
Did you accidentally lock the input?
See section 3.6 of the manual.
Thanks for your response. I looked at the manual and based on that I highly doubt it. If I’m reading it correctly, touching the screen should wake it up even if touch is disabled, right? I should have mentioned that it won’t wake up at all via touch.
Thanks,
~Cj
The Cerbo GX just needed to be restarted by unplugging the power.
A reboot a year keeps errors away ![]()
