An EV charging station with a screen was upgraded to version 2.0. It worked correctly for two weeks.
This morning, I found it with a black screen and the light ring in a steady orange.
I disconnected the station and reconnected it.
Nothing happens. Everything is black: screen and ring.
Is it dead?

Hi, can you have a look inside and check if it’s powered? There should be a green LED on the board inside, is it on? If yes, you can try a factory defaults. Please keep me posted.

To perform these checks, I’ll need to remove the charger from the wall, as unfortunately, the design of this device does not allow access to the electronics without disassembling the whole unit…
That said, before I cut the power, the screen was black, and the ring was solid and lit in orange (I believe that was the color at the time of the freeze…).
What is the reset procedure?
In any case, I will do this check on Thursday and keep you informed.
