The battery always displayed with a 100% charge

Hello all! Could you help me with this questions?

  1. Why does the battery always show 99-100% charge on the VRM control panel and the inverter screen and the voltage shows correctly?
  2. Why the battery doesn`t visible as a battery in the device list?
  • Victron Energy Multiplus-ii GX 48v/3000va/35a-32a
  • Battery Liontron lx48-100
  • Connected using Victron Cable-A via VE.Can (Selected the CAN-bus BMS (500 kbit/s) CAN-profile in the GX device)
  • DVCC is switched on (other ones in that menu are switched off)

This is not a listed as compatible battery…

The inverter can calculate SOC and it measures battery voltage at its terminals.

Battery Cap : 5120Ah … ??? 5120Wh but only 100Ah

that’s why the SOC is not decreasing …
