I have a backup system (mp2 3000, byd lvs) and after installation the battery charged to 100%. Now it wil not charge and the battery percentage is slowly dropping. The vrm control is on. On the parameters tab on the gx the max charge current displays 0. Discharge is 192A. Can anyone tell me what is my problem?
What kind of lowered SOC do you already have and is your BYD BMS set as a battery monitor?
78% battery monitor = bms byd
Have you possibly received an error message from BYD … for notifications or alarms?

How are you charging the battery at the moment?

Try restarting the GX and re-determining the battery …
Is the communication with BYD OK?
BMS - CAN line etc ?

Dont worry … But try this tomorrow … The Loads are always resupplied when the GX restarts … the Multi switches to pass-through … it is something other than a FW or assistant upgrade on the Multi
Do you use an ESS System or any Assistants on the Multi ?
