Hello legends, I would like your help with something that have been happening to one of the systems I wired following the description/installation (VRM link) below:
2 days ago the customer used the van for the day letting the battery levels to arrive under 70% (everything normal until there);
The problem was that during the night (around 2:30am) the system shut down itself without any alert or anything, when he woke up he couldn’t reset the system, as was full on sleep mode. To reset it all, he had to plug the van back on shore power, where the system was back working showing 68% battery level (voltage on battery system was over 25v), follow image below of the chart showing the full shut down of the system:
I have this van tested for a whole day drawing the batteries to under 30% and recharging it back up and this never happend, apparently this happens during the night when the consuption level drops considerably.
This set up has:

Could someone please help with a troubleshooting or guide me to what could possibly be causing this problem?
