I recently had a first time issue involving a cebo gx. I had a customer with a cerbo that failed. I sent it out to get the warranty swap completed. To hurry the process along, I took my cerbo out of my rig and installed it in the customers rig. (yes they approved). Being my first time doing this, I was not aware of the Cerbo swap option in the VRM. So I just added the installation under my VRM. Moments later, I noticed the replacement options. So, I also “replaced” the cerbo installation in the VRM. I was able to get the cerbo to connect to VRM, but it yet to allow me access to the cerbo or show up on my installations. In the touch 50 monitor, it is showing that the information is being sent, but continues to tell me that I do not have access to this installation. I have since created a new VRM account (losing all of my old information) and added this installation to my new account… still no access is being allowed. Is there any way to remedy this issue with my cerbo installation?
