Below is a screenshot from my Victron Portal, and it shows zero values for shore power and AC load, but this is incorrect. I can see from a separate meter, a shore power draw of approximately 4A. The thing is, if it always read zero, I’d think there was an installation issue or something like that, but, most of the time it gives an accurate reading. Have any of you ever encountered something similar?
