Negative Shore Power

My CerboGX and MultiPlus II act like they are feeding back into the shore power when batteries are at 100% and on shore power. I have 1 MPPT charging 3 230ah AGMs and all batteries are at 100% SOC. The AC load shows no data ,

Is this normal or is something not setup right?

Then you have an ESS Setting on the Multi II ?

I see the same on VRM from my Caravan, but “DC to Grid” is off.

Even my 4 years old multiplus 12/3000 tried to do this once in a while, making strange noises.

I think it stopped with an update about 1 year ago

It is connected to the grid and will then also feed in small quantities if it MUST. It is not allowed to do so and will not technically want to do so.
But it must do so to ensure that no energy is drawn from the grid and must counteract this in terms of voltage. Short overshoots cannot be ruled out.
It is not a ‘disconnected grid’ via an assistant

No ESS Setting… This application is on my sailboat with a Multiplus II 12/3000/120/50.

I’m sorry, I not sure I understand what you’re trying to explain. I’m connected to a Marina Shore Power Pedestal (120v @ 30amps). When not inverting it should be a pass through which I thought would show AC loads based on what I have powered (Dehumidifier, and fans, etc.)

Is your gridcode “none” like Markus has shown ?

Yes. “None”

And the current software version installed ?

Should be 522.

Yes. The version is 522
