Strange empty "AC Loads" in VRM portal

Hello,
I have something I don’t understand in the VRM portal. An entity “AC Loads” appears without value as shown in the picture below. I expect that “AC Loads” contains the difference between “Total consumption” and “Critical Loads” or something close to it. The system is a three-phase one with 6 Multiplus II 5000/70 and has been operating without this mysterious “AC Loads” for about 2 years. I recently added a load on “AC out 2” which is non-critical. I noticed this “AC Loads” a few days ago. In CerboGX things are simpler and do not generate questions, I added the picture with it. This “AC Loads” appears before Multiplus “AC IN” where I have no consumers. There is only a smart meter for the grid. Can someone please enlighten me?

I think I found it. On CerboGx if I change in “Settings/SystemSetup/AC System/Posistion of AC loads” in “AC output only” in “AC input & output” the problem is partially solved as you can see in the pictures. I think there is a bug there, the Cerbo and VRM graphic representations are inconsistent. I don’t think the consumption measurement is the real one because two of the three phases have permanent load/consumption in AC Output 2 (noncritic output). In cerbo it is correct, all the load is on AC out. On AC input there is only Carlo Gavazzi smart-meter and the Fronius inverter.
