Solved: The company was forgotten to check a box, believe it was called power assistant…
Hey,
The MultiPlus II GX 5000 is running fine, but when there is more load than the MultiPlus can handle it won’t use grid… (So, overload)
So, can anyone tell me where these settings are?
At the moment I’ve set: ESS, limit inverter power on 3000Watt…
But this safety factor should/can be handled by the MultiPlus.
Company which installed the system doesn’t seem to get what’s up, haha… So, hopefully you guys can help me to tell them, what’s down

Thank you for adding more details to the original post.
You have two different inverters so (there must be two separate systems. which one is overloading? The 3kVa? Also 3000w is not 3000VA which is what the second unit is. Probably set that to 2400watts for the inverter limit.
Can you post a screen shot of what you mean by “why is there no grid use”
If the system is set to draw the battery down, the grid usage should be minimal.
As I said, when there is to much power asked the MultiPlus should use grid, but it doesn’t…
When I set: ESS, limit inverter power on 3000Watt, it uses grid when above 3000W…
The 3000 is set right and, if needed, uses grid.
If I remember correctly it was something with, VEconfigure?
Sadly no… At least didn’t found it.
The systems are working, only the above, which is working on the 3000 but not on the 5000…
Limit inverter power prevents the 5000 from overloading, but I’d rather have the MultiPlus doing it.
