The SOC slowly dropping is often a symptom of a charger being connected directly to the battery not the shunt so it is not counted, failure to sync properly or the charge efficiency factor is wrong. Here are a couple of links, the first is opposite to what you are seeing but it is useful reading. Also, post a screenshot of your shunt settings and battery type and we can check.
