Smartshunt reset reset every time to to 100% soc

Hi i have an smartshunt 500A/50 mV.

The problem is reset every time to to 100% soc

while the battery is not yet fully charged.

Is this a known issue that can be resolved or should I submit it for warranty?

Can you post the ‘settings’ and ‘battery’ screenshot from VictronConnect app

It is probably because you have left the settings at default, see the linked FAQ.
