SmartMPPT 100/30 charger disabled by remote or BMS, unable to switch back on

Hello, I have a victron system with 5 solar panels. To be able to track the output of the panels each panel has it’s own SmartSolar MPPT 100/30.
This morning I added the last MPPT and it worked as expected, the MPPT was charging the battery.
Then I connected the VE.direct port using a normal VE.direct to USB dongle to a RaspberryPI running VenusOS and the latest V3.6 firmware, immediately the new MPPT got the charger disabled.
When clicking the “Why is the charger off” button it gives as reason “#OR4: Disabled by remote or BMS”
In the mean time the other 4 MPPTs are in bulk mode charging the battery as expected.

I looked for the RX port documentation on the Victron website, but the SmartMPPT 100/30 does not offer any RX port settings. (firmware V1.67)
Also the system has only a SmartShunt which gives the battery state, there is no BMS which can switch off the MPPTs.

Now I tried to reset the MPPT (by power cycling the MPPT) so I can use it to charge the batteries without being connected via the VE.direct port but the charger stays disabled with the same error.

What causes the MPPT to have the charging functionality to be disabled?
What can I do to use this MPPT as a simple charger even if it is without VE.direct connectivity?

All I can suggest is power down both PV and battery and wait for 10 mins then restart. If you connect again try a different VE direct cable.

I have tried to “Reset to defaults”, disconnect PV and battery for several hours but no matter what I do the OR4 error remains.
This all without any VE.direct cable connected

Is there any other way to reset the MPPT?

Nothing in the manual about factory reset as far as I can find. Suggest you contact your supplier about it.
