Smart Solar MPPT Load Output always on

Hi

On my new Smart Solar MPPT 100 15, the load output is always on.

In the app, I can configure it to switch on and off, and it’s displayed correctly.

However, the output is always on.

Are there any hidden settings, or is this a hardware fault?

You have probably left the jumper here : 5. Configuration and settings

As described in the manual, I removed the jumper before configuring the device via the app.
