SmartSolar MPPT user defined load output mode 1 not working

Hello friends,
I have a SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 charger for loading a large car battery (225Ah) and a smart battery sense in a smart VE Network. The load output is consuming only 6W all the time. I have connected a raspberry pi via original vedirect USB cable just to read out standard values (no configuration is done with vedirect). So I have no jumpers at the vedirect io port, because the cable is plugged in.

I want to use the load output mode user defined algorithm 1 , with param off<11,8V and on >12,4V.
I have configured this vial victron connect smartphone app. But I’m not sure if it really uses this mode, because it doesn’t turn on the load when voltage is higher than 12,4V.

Tx Port is set to normal communication

Rx Port is set to configure load output. I don’t want to use that, but I don’t know which other option I should choose. As I said I want to change the mode via smartphone app.

In the manual is always written to unplug the jumper when changing the output mode, but what is with the vedirect USB to serial cable, does it interfere with load output mode?

Streetlight is deactivated

Which voltage is used for the thresholds smart battery sense or mppt value?

Any idea how I can get the user defined algorithm 1 to work?

Best regards
Michael

Rx port should also be set to normal communication.
I have had no problems with this on a mppt75/10. However, there is a significant delay for the load output to turn on - about 5 minute.

Rx port has only these 4 options:

Load output configuration: This is the default setting. Remote on/off:
Load output on/off inverted
Load output on/off normal:

Set it to remote off and try again…

I have the same issue, load output wouldn’t work. No pins connected. If the RX port is set to remote on/off mppt charger don’t charge battery.
(Tried all settings in the Rx port setting), load output wouldn’t turn on. (None of those)
