I played with other menu items but didn’t help.
No customer support
I didn’t have any issues with my cheap Chinese charge controllers. I am disappointed. This one supposed to be the best at $100.
Any ideas before I return it ?
Most likely its defective.
I decided not to use the load connection because it was not reliable for me. I changed the battery setup to 24v. Load output was going to give me 20A / 500W . It is nice to have that option. In the future, may be I’ll try to use it again.
@Ara As you did not mention the type of loads, I cannot comment other than some products are manufactured to less exact standards and tollerances, hence your experience. I experienced some lights won’t work while others did on my 75/15 but have now had my testbench device working reliably for a couple of years without fail.
@ejrossouw , my loads were regular small DC loads. The problem was with the turn on and turn off settings. At the time the setting was on Always On but unfortunately it was not. It was on and off. since then I change the setup a lot. It’s working out good for now. But , in the future I may try that setting again. It might come handy. It is a nice option to have.
