I can not see anything wrong with your mppt settings to explain why it is not charging. The usual reason for it to go into float is a poor connection, blown fuse or cheap breaker like the ones shown below between the mppt and the battery. This would be easier to diagnose with a status screenshot. Is the battery voltage listed as 13.80V. Check all your wiring. Use a multimeter to check mppt terminal voltage and battery voltage.
