Maybe you can check with the dealer, if they are willing to sell you a new unit and give a refund when the old charger checks out to be defective?

My defective device has been replaced under warranty. I updated the new device to 3.61 and it still works, so either it’s not a firmware issue (which I absolutely cannot believe) or it’s a firmware issue due to an incompatibility with older hardware revisions?

It seems like the app update yesterday 15th Jan has resolved the issue of switching between bulk and abs on my unit. Battery at 13.11v Storage.
