This device its not charging the batteries, in the app just show the Volt. but the Amper its in 0 all time even when the batteries without load
Check all your connections, fuses and breakers are OK. Check the output voltage of the charger and the battery terminal voltage are the same. This may show an issue with the connection if the voltages are different. In the app, is the charger turned off. Show a screenshot of the settings and status screen.
We allready check all the system and conections, the application shows that everything is working well, however the batteries do not charge.
Its in storage charge cycle, so the 13.2V are correct. Low mode is active, im not sure why that would be active. You can disable it by the Mode button or through VictronConnect. If you want to restart a charge cycle you can do so
If you check the battery voltage with a multimeter, then it should say the same 13.2V. If it doesnt, then you got an issue with your cabling
