SmartSolar MPPT 75/10 showers lower voltage than multimeter

Hello,

My VictronConnect app reports battery voltage ~2V lower than what I measure at the charger’s own terminals. Multimeter at terminals has 13.4-13.8V but the app shows 11.3 V. I checked two new chargers. Anyone found a confirmed fix for this on the 75/10? Thanks
