As title. I can see the current output, solar generation etc correctly on the mimic diagram on my iPhone but for a few weeks now no historical data. The frames under Installation Data to view the history graphs just have “ No data to display”. Remote console appears to work OK to view and change settings.
If I paste the URL to a new tab I get a red splash screen: Error - An error occurred while retrieving Dynamic ESS data!
Strange thing is all of the historical data including Advanced page with all widgets is still viewable on my laptop using the same url https://vrm.victronenergy.com/installation/######/dashboard and I haven’t changed any of the settings on either device for a very long time.
So what can I do to get the capability back on my iPhone?

So there is no hope. Though since the custom date field still works there can’t be a great deal broken as @Drugless suggests. BMW app doesn’t work fully with 15.8.7 either, blasted planned obsolescence. No I am not going to get a new phone just for them.
I wouldn’t say no hope. I did ask if the team could look and they said they would.
The reality is that is an old OS and off the qual list and VRM, the apps and the frameworks they use, are being continually updated so inevitably older devices will fall off the compatibility list.
As much as the team tries to have as broad a compatibility as possible, all the software that these technologies rely on have fairly narrow backward compatibility these days, iirc it’s typically current and the previous 2.
