Shore power is not charging LiFe4 batteries

Alternator charges batteries, but shore power is no longer charging two 315 Ah batteries. Victron app shows no pass through from 20 amp shore power. Shore power is good. Brand new system professionally installed 1200 w multiples inverter charger. Professionals called and they first recommended changing the mega fuse in the Lynx distributor. Opinions?

Have you ever measured the DC voltage on the Multi itself?
Checked the inverter Remote … maybe the bridge is out …
Main switch or DC isolator switch to Off ?
