Just set up some Ruuvitags, the process was fairly easy.
There is a firmware for Ruuvitags that only updates every 10 minutes for battery life extension reasons.
I’ve noticed that between updates the Cerbo GX shows these devices as disconnected, I assume because it hasn’t check in often enough.
Is there a way to extend the detection time for a Ruvvitag that isn’t updating within 10 minutes?

Hi i have a lot of Ruuvi tags and have not seen this issue, can you post some pictures of this please?

If viewed in VRM mine all update every minute or two, when you say "extend " do you mean longer that 10 minutes or a shorter timeframe say every 5 minutes?
Can i ask please what you are monitoring with you tags?
