I am getting low battery alarms, but this should not be triggered, see development from last year:
opened 11:00PM - 12 Jan 22 UTC
closed 07:56PM - 05 Feb 24 UTC
- [x] implement it in dbus-ble-sensors (per v2.82)
- [x] add it to the gui, (no… t as audible alarm) - done / waiting for review by Jesus per 2023-3-24
- [x] add it to vrm

@HaroldO
Is the ruuvi itself sending the low battery alarm? (If you check it with its own app?)

No, it’s only in the CCGX, not in the RUUVI app!
Interesting. What version are tou running on the CCGX?

I seem to be getting lots of low battery alarms for Ruuvi bluethooth sensors even though they are not that low and have plently of charge left in them. I also have no way of turning these off, the only solution that I can find is to replace the batteries early.

Ideally I think we need an option to [Disable low battery alerts] per sensor.
perhaps voltage have changed..

How it has been advised by Ruuvi, and I think it has been programmed finally like that by Victron.

This is the same text as from the Ruuvi website, see last point
General information Ruuvi Sensors have an excellent power consumption profile. When using the sensors with the included CR2477 battery, the sensors can run typically between 12-24 months under standard use and operating conditions. How long will...

I checked my tag with the Ruuvi app. At the first view, it seems the the battery OK or Lowm message cam from the tag and not from the venus os.

Yes, but why says my CCGX ‘almost empty’ at 2,8 V

Is the battery alarm also shown at the ruuvi app?

I would simply replace the battery, because regardless of whether it is 2.8, 2.6, or 2.5 V, the battery is empty.

Facing the same issue. Low Ruuvi battery alarm on Cerbo, despite the fact, that the battery has still 3.1v. How can this be solved? Read the forum but couldn’t find a solution.
