Ruuvi tag names on Cerbo GX and VRM not showing

I am seeing that some of my ruuvi tags show up on on my VRM dashboard with the name that I gave them when I set them up on the ruuvi station app.

However, others just have the original code number name such as 69EA.

I am trying to figure why this is the case and how to fix it so that the names that I have assigned to my tags, such as “frig” show up on the Cerbo GX and on the VRM Dashboard.

This might also be the answer for how to change a tag name. Is it done on the ruuvi station app or on the Cerbo GX?

For example, I added a new tag recently and the name that I gave it did not make it to the Cerbo GX.

One thing that may be messing me up is that I switched to a new iPhone and I wonder if this is causing some issues for me?

I’ve spent some time searching the internet but have not found the answer.

Hi Bill,

Configuring those names is done on the GX. Go to Device list, next select the tag, and then its on one of the two submenus at the bottom.
