Ruuvi Integration into Shunt

Hi,
This might sound a bit daft…
Is it possible to use the temperature output from the Ruuvi as the battery temperature sensor on the shunt - hence it could be used over VE Smart?
It doesn’t feel like it’ll be possible but I thought it worth asking.

Not natively no as the Ruuvi is not designed for VE Smart networking. When used with a Cerbo GX, extra code was added to Venus OS to specifically read the Ruuvi.

It feels like it might be a nice feature to use a Ruuvi as a substitute for the Shunt temperature sensor considering, as you say, Venus can already read it.
Perhaps it’s something Victron might consider adding in a future release?
