I tried to set up a system about a year ago. I have now updated it with a new BYD battery and added a Smart MPPT. The system is programmed and works fine. When i tried to add it into the portal it imported fine. I could see real data but some of the components reported not being “seen” for 1 year. I tried deleting the system and turned off VRM, re-named it and rebooted then turned it back on but i cant see live data over VRM. I did a firmware check and it confirmed that i have the latest. I am seeing “last contact to VRM” only counting up to about 10 seconds between contacts.
How do i flush the original system out and make it read the present setup and display data?
