Hello, we haven a 3-phase configuration with quattro 48/15000/200 converters.
Last week the quattro’s shutdown during bulk (soc 70%) without any reason, no alarms detected.
What I saw was that the characteristics looks frozen 10 minutes before shutdown. After general reboot problem was solved. Attached some examples of the characteristics.
SW Cerbo GX : V3.54
SW Quattro : V552
Anybody has simular problem.

Events like this can happen. If it becomes frequent enough to be annoying, then it will need to be looked into. Possible cause could be a loose connection either in a data cable or in a dc power cable.
Thanks for the answer Mike. Unfortunately it’s more then annoying for us when you deliver power for a international cycling race at the finish line ;-). I saw it already with the new cerbo SW on several machines that settings freeze and that have to perform a general reset.

Nothing goes over traditional technology, rent a diesel generator from Boels…
You get problems with diesel gens too, particularly noise…
Best to keep things as simple as possible.
Do you know something simpler then a diesel ?
