Dead Quattro 12/3000 malfuction due to Kohler Generator restart?

I live on a Piper 57N barge, currently in Strasbourg France. After changing fluids on my Kohler generator and restarting it, it turned itself off due to air in the seawater intake loop. When I tried to reset the generator, something shut down all power to the boat. I was disconnected from shorepower at the time. When this happened, I saw that the Quattro’s indicator lights were all off. No 12VDC fuses have been blown, and the 220 panel breakers have all been cycled. I plugged back into shore power and tried to turn the Quattro back on. When pushing the rocker switch to ON, the Bulk and Absorption yellow lights flash on for 1 second on the Charger side and the Overload and Low Battery lights flash on for 1 second on the Inverter side. I get the same thing when I push the rocker switch to Charger Only. On the other hand, sometimes I get only the Low Battery light to come on and that’s all. I’ve cycled everything I can think of. The GX color controller is stuck in bootup mode…pushing the top left and right buttons at the same time turns the screen off, but it goes back to the bootup mode when I release them. I pulled the fuse for the GX unit to try and reset it, but that didn’t work either.I have solar panels and the MPPT 100/50 appears to be working and charging the battery bank, but it is 7:20 PM here in Strasbourg and I’m losing my sun.

Everything was working before I started up the generator to test it (while unplugged from shore power and the solar panels turned off.

Hello and welcome … :waving_hand:

Sounds like a faulty battery bank / BMS or a fuse in the Multis itself… Do you have any information about your battery bank or photos of the system setup…
