Quattro is Not Visible on VictronConnect Local Tab on LapTop

My Solar Solution:
1 x Victron Energy Quattro 48/8000 (Firmware Version 2655556)
1 x Cerbo GX (Firmware v3.55)
1 x Victron Energy RS450/100 Solar Charge Controller or MPPT (v1.22)
1 x 48V Freedom Won Lithium Ion battery

The Cerbo GX is on the LAN and can be seen and connected to using the IP address using Google Chrome, VRM.

I can only connect to the Quattro using the UTP cable which I unplug from the Cerbo GX VE.Bus port. Not long thereafter the Quattro ceases inverting or charging with the Low Battery LED on the Inverter side flashing red when the SOC is 100%.

The RS450/100 MPPT and Cerbo GX are visible via Bluetooth on my mobile phone.

Having to disconnect the Quattro UTP cable from the Cerbo GX to configure via VictronConnect or VEConfigure 3 is painful.

Any suggestions as to what I should look at?

you can remote configure VE Bus devices through VRM Remote VEConfigure. You can not do this through VictronConnect app through the Cerbo though.

If I connect the Quattro (UTP) via the USB - MK3 Adapter, I can use VictronConnect.

Pardon me, if dod not read your reply correctly. It would be great if there was a VE.Bus “switch” which I could connect to the Quattro with.

Yes you can use VictronConnect direct to the Quattro, but you asked how to connect without using a direct connection and I have provided the answer, you go through VRM, you can not go via the Cerbo using Victron Connect.

No, there is no switch, the Quattro only wants one controlling device connected at a time.
