I have a 12v 3000 50 50 230v quattro installed on a boat.
Have not had any issues but all of a sudden when mains is removed the unit inverts for 10-15 minutes - currently no load and then dies. Everything goes out. When i switch off and then on again on the small basic remote the lights come.on very briefly and then die again.
No lights after original inverter light comes on main unit and remote.
Then just dies.
Do not know what to even look at / try. Removed Rj45 and made no difference. With mains in everything working fine. All batteries 100% charged
Any advice / things to try would be amazing
According to some SoC or voltage check with dvm ?
If you have a lap top and Mk3 adapter, see if you can connect to it with VE configure.
If the unit is less than 5 years old, then start looking at a warranty claim.

Have you checked / measured the battery voltage when this happens and done a health check on the connections, fuses etc. If the voltage dropped very sharply it could be signs of an old battery at its end. There are also links posted to the required pre-rma checks you can do.
