I have a 690Ah/24V Quattro-based system in my RV conversion van, with 500W solar panels via Victron MPPT. It was professionally-installed.
I went camping this past weekend and all was well. I got back Sunday and my system was working. Yesterday, Monday, I didn’t get in the van at all. Today, Tuesday, I discovered that my system is dead by first noticing that my Touch 50 display didn’t respond. So I looked at my Quattro and noticed that it wasn’t running - the switch was “On” position but no lights. So I disconnected all loads including battery, and turned if off, and left it off for a few minutes. Then I plugged it to shore power and turned it on but NOTHING.
Is there a reset switch? I don’t want to reset my configuration if possible. Thanks!
By no response do you mean it is off as in not powered?
First suspect is a dead battery bank or one that went to sleep. (Easy check with a multimeter) And second blown fuses.
They are suppsed to self recover when plugged into shore power but will only do so from ac1 input.
The other thing to do is unplug the ve bus cable (one linking it to the cerbo) and plug into shore power (in ac1.)
Catch 22, if it doesn’t power on you can’t. I don’t think you will need to but i would tweak the low battery cut off on the inverter?
@lxonline thanks for responding. Yes the Touch 50 had no power to it, and yes the 24V batteries are down to 7V. It’s my first van and experience with the Quattro so I hooked up my shore power to AC2 input, and my alternator charging system to AC1. I’ll try 2 things
Drive around with my alternator charging system on, and if that doesn’t work
Switch my AC1 and AC2 inputs so shore power is on AC1, and then plug into shore power
