It is my understanding that the Quattro AC output 2 can be used to power a diversion load using excess solar generation. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?
I have a 10kva Quattro, Lynx shunt for battery SOC, Cerbo gx mk2, and I use a smart shunt to measure solar generation.
Also, I’m new to the forum and hope I’m posting this correctly!
Under switch conditions, using state of charge, it indicates “ internal battery monitor “. Is this internal to the Quattro? I want to use the Lynx shunt for SOC.
Another question regarding the Quattro, is it possible to ignore AC input 2? I would like to have utility power available on AC input 2 but only utilized based on battery % of charge. I am using Assistants for other control so can’t use any Virtual Switch functions. I used an external contactor for a similar scenario on my old inverter, but would like to do it internally to the inverter, if possible.
Thanks for your help.
That didn’t seem to work for me. I set the primary relay to be off if SOC is above 69%, and to be on if SOC is below 67%, as a test. The charger just continues to run.
Is the primary programmable relay the relay that comes set up as the alarm relay?
I want to control the relay that interrupts incoming ac power on AC input 2.
Hi Dave.
Try watching this tutorial it uses the general flag to ignore ac.
My apologies the previous comment was not detailed enough. The video is an adaptation of this manual.
