Quattro 5000 and ccgx not turning on

I turned off the AC output on the quattro and now I can not get the quattro turned back on. I also now have a blank screen on the color control. No ability to see any information.
It started when my batteries were down in the 30% area and little charging and going into night. So, I thought I would turn off the AC power on the boat to conserve overnight. I tried on the VRM but with downloads and up loads did not think anything happened. I was going thru the color control and switched from inverting to turning it off. So, I thought I could turn it back on in the morning. The other issue I was pursuing is we have a 30 amp plug for the boat power side, which feeds the inverter and charger. Since we do not have access to the 30 amp power plug we used a 12 gauge power cord from shore power to a Marinco 15amp 125v 1875w plug that then plugs into the 30amp 125v boat plug. I used this several months ago but I recall the charger drew more power than the cord was rated, and got pretty hot. So, I did not want to do this again so I was trying to change the color controller input to 15 amp but these always stayed grey on the screen and would not allow me to make any changes manually. So now I can not get any info. since the color control gx will not turn on and my quattro 12/5000/120 2 x100 120v will not turn on. I think they are deadlocked and I do not know how to get them back functioning.
Thanks for your help.

@rothgar1 A couple of questions/thoughts? Is it possible that the battery voltage has dropped below the system low voltage shutdown level? Is the CCGX powered directly from the batteries given with it being off, it points to a battery issue? Have you done the usual wiring/connections/fuses checks? Do you have other DC loads drawing power from the batteries and how big are these? Are the batteries Lithium or LA? Can you measure the battery voltage at the terminals and what is it? Can you start the Quattro manually with the CCGX disconnected?

I have 6 lithium( 228 amp hour 12v) Owl BIG batteries. I have replaced the fuses on the ccgx and the smart Ve Bus dongle behind it. All the connections are good. All the lithium batteries read 13.2V. I am getting approx a 7V reading on the red and black power wires on the ccgx. I am also getting about the same 7V number on the smart dongle and busbar terminals connected to the lithium batteries?? I have 2 MPPT’s with four 500 watt solar panels. I have disconnected and unplugged most things and have one small refrigerator , starlink, fresh water pump and cabin lights(Which are turned off) still connected to DC power. I am hauled out on land and am running an air condition unit and fan and phone chargers on a separate extension cord from shore power so I at least have that 110 power while staying on the boat. I can not start the quattro manually( I have it on the “on” position now). Unfortunately, I can not read what anything is doing.

The 7V readings are of concern as e.g. the ccgx requires 8-70V to function and the cause of the serious voltage drop has to be determined. If the connections and fuses are good, remove e.g. the shunt, ccgx and work your you back.

Yes, we found the problem. It was the low voltage. We plugged into shore power and once we got more battery power they turned on. Thanks for all your replies.
