Pylontech US2000 supported by EasySolar II GX in ESS setup?

I would greatly appreciate any hint from more experienced users if there are any technical issues for EasySolar II GX + Pylontech US2000 for ESS (domestic) applications :see_no_evil:

For context:

  • The official Victron battery compatibility page states that Pylontech US2000 and similar batteries have been confirmed to work GX devices, but there is no explicit mention of the EasySolar II GX.
  • A community post show someone successfully troubleshooting a setup with the EasySolar II GX and Pylontech US500, which is not listed in official Victron battery compatibility page.

So my naive take is that the compatibility page was not yet updated to include the EasySolar II GX as one of the devices that have been confirmed to work with Pylontech batteries, and that the list of Pylontech batteries is also not exhaustive.

Are there any pitfalls I am missing?

Hi yes it works and is fully supported
easysolar 2 is a multiplus 2 with build in mppt

Just follow the pylontech compatibilty page when setting your ESS up
