Would anyone know if the Uhome LPF 5000 lithium battery is compatible with the MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-50?

If you are a fan of DIP switches, you are on the safe side here … 
But it has RS485 and CAN communication.
The chances are not bad but a written contact with the dealer for more information would be necessary. The available documentation is very sparse.

Where suppliers aren’t on this list, then the query about support is best asked to the battery manufacturer, who would need to support you.

Thanks for the reply. The manufacture states compatibility but Victron doesn’t mention them. I have 3 x Multiplus and a Fronius so am just trying to make sure I don’t waste money. I’d prefer Pylontech but my budget doesn’t run to 16 of them!
Not fussed about dip switches but am fussed about my limited budget! Agree info is sparse hence trying here.
Have a look at the Pytes … 
Many manufacturers do, but either don’t or there are issues, and once the money is spent you’re on your own.
Get them to show you it is working somewhere, make sure there are decent docs about how to do it and that they respond to support requests.
If any of these are off, stay away.
