Pylontech BMS Connection Lost - firmware OS 3.51

@KimmoPaukku: I pressed the red SW button for 0.5 seconds up to 10 seconds. no difference.
@vk_1: I also unplugged already the whole battery - the LEDs were not showing up.
From the instruction which is in the set, I read that all dip-switches need to be up in both batteries. the master will be assign according the linkport1 and linport0.

What seems to be weired is, that the Multiplus actually now acts as a BMS and is also able load the battery and read the SOC:

Sounds like your BMS has a comms port problem.

I know a few people who have damaged the comms port. The batteries still work, but the bms can no longer communicate.

The indicator that something is else wrong is the fact the the pylontec run light is not on on yours.

Without BMS comms the inverter will try guestimate the SOC.

@tobias

Did you tried to disconnect the BMS to Cerbo cable (the blue one) and cold start the batteries alone?
With the Linkport cable in place, of course.

In extremis, start just one battery at a time, without being connected with anything…
And see if the leds come on and battery starts as usual…

Yeah tried also a single battery without any connected power or bus cables, but the LEDs are not showing up.
