Problem with downloading new firmware IP22

I am attempting to download firmware for my IP22 (a fix for the HQ25__ group). I am able to download v. 3.67, and it reports that the file is loaded to Victron Connect. However, when I attempt to access the file through Product Info (Manual Update) the new page displays no files: totally blank.

I have deleted and reloaded the VC app, and tried downloading the firmware update numerous times. Any advice would be appreciated!

Did you download the correct file for your charger?

Yes; there was quite a list, and I made several attempts. I am wondering if my charger somehow is mislabeled (internally)? I am thinking of trying several different combinations of options. I have a 12v/30a 1 lead; I am thinking of trying the 20 amp, and the 3 lead, just to see. Comments?

and thank you for the question; that was a distinct possibility!

On the product info page in VictronConnect there should be a product code below the name.
For the 12/30(1) it should be A330.

Thank you for engaging with me; it is A330

There should be a firmware file with A330 in the name and that should be the correct file.

I have downloaded the firmware file with A330, and then copied it to the VC. I get a screen telling me that it is copied to VC and that I should open the Product Info page and select Manual Update; no files show up on the page.

Thank you for your input, Matthias; does anyone have any other ideas?

Can you please add a screenshot of the product info page of your device?

Can you try to add the FW file again, create a service report after that and add that report here.
The devs can then take a look at it.

As requested; thank you for taking the time to look into this. Full disclosure: I have convinced my dealer to open a RMA, and plan to take it to him this week.

That’s the answer from the developer:

Seems that there is an issue with the file name encoding, first time I see this happening. If the user removes all the spaces on the firmware file name and adds it again to VC it should work. as suggestion: ip22v367.xup

Could you try that please?

Victron is also looking further into the issue to fix it.
