Firmware update for older IP22 charger

Bonjour,

Is it true that “older” Victron IP22 chargers, those marketed before 2019, have firmware that cannot be updated via the VE.Connect application?

Does this limitation exist for these older devices and what can be done?

The objective is to obtain the encryption codes for this type of device using the Victron.connect app

The compatibility list is in the VC manual

Firmware for manual loading, if available, will be in the professional site firmware repository.

They can be updated but the last FW version is v3.25 that has been released in April 2021.
