Hello, we have smart Solar controller controller,ING 4-100 w panels
And had installed by dealer las fall it was working well , however this spring we replaced house battery and we switched to new I phones and now there is no communication between the phone and the controller
Controller yellow light is on ( float ) the Victron controller app don’t see the device on the iPhone , at the dealer we were able to see other controllers when we look at local devise list it will show all others but not ours.
Dealer is useless and they could not help us , they are the ones installed but have no clue what the problem is.
I want to point out that controller is working properly because the original volt display is showing state of charge.
It’s totally new unit for us and only used by the home when was installed late fall so we never got a chance to fully tested.
But now phone won’t communicate with the Victron controller.
I just don’t know what else to look for a help.
