I have a basic system with a multiplus inverter, cerbo-S, a charge regulator, a smartshunt for a lead-gel battery and a smartshunt to measure a wind turbine connected to the DC 24 bus. In the new interface, in the wind generation section, the value of the photovoltaic generation generated by the charge regulator appears. When comparing it with the VRM interface, the difference is noticeable. In the case of the photos, the turbine is not generated, so it is evident that in GUI 2 the value shown for the wind is the same as for the photovoltaic generation. Would this be a BUG? or do I have to make a different configuration in the new interface?
How is the smart shunt for the turbine configured in the GX itself and on itself?
The solar and the turbine are so similar. It is more likely the wind turbine is just not showing data on the vrm at all. I would have expected the wind turbine to show up in the dc tile
At the time of the images I showed, the wind turbine was stopped, so the generation is zero. That’s why in the VRM “DC power” is close to zero, which is correct. The problem is that in that same situation, wind turbine off, in GUI 2 it shows a power value that is not real and that varies depending on the solar generation. That’s why I think it seems like a bug
Wind smartshunt configuration
So you are saying the vrm has the correct information.
But the gui v2 is incorrect in showing generation from the shunt dc meter when it was actually zero?
yes, exactly.
And when you tap on it for more information, is it reading voltage and amps and as expected there?
