I could understand 1 hour offset because of DST related bugs but 30 minutes is just weird. BTW I added a charge restriction in DESS from 21-22 and VRM DESS still planned to charge from 21:30 onwards. My system also executed the plan. This further confirms that something is broken in the timings.

Thanks for reporting. 15 min prices broke some of the logic in place for fixed pricing. That should be fixed now.
