Looks like VRM DESS shows prices with incorrect timings. Perhaps DESS also plans incorrectly because of this? Here are my DESS buy price settings: [image] VRM renders them changing at 6:30 and 21:30. [image] [image]

Thank you. The issue appears to be fixed. :+1:

This problem exists in the betavrm as well.

Since yesterday i am searching for daily cost/earnings differences between DESS and my energy supplier. Before that time it was almost exactly the same every day. Maybe this is related to this topic. At first i thought vrm was calculating with hour average instead of 15min prices. But when there is…

Just a guess, but it could be related to daylight saving time….. the change does not happen on the same date for all countries…. Daylight saving time by country Daylight saving time (DST), also known as summer time, is the practice of advancing clocks during part of the year, typically…

I could understand 1 hour offset because of DST related bugs but 30 minutes is just weird. BTW I added a charge restriction in DESS from 21-22 and VRM DESS still planned to charge from 21:30 onwards. My system also executed the plan. This further confirms that something is broken in the timings.

You’re right and I totally overlooked these 30min for some reason….. sorry for that! But look: I was able to replicate your problem meanwhile! So you’re not the only one… [image] [image]

No worries. Thank you for testing! I believe this also gives @dognose and other DESS devs a valuable data point.

Thanks for reporting. 15 min prices broke some of the logic in place for fixed pricing. That should be fixed now.

Q&A and troubleshooting DESS

I added a DESS charging restriction from 21-22 to temporarily avoid the issue.
